Designer Accessory Event at Bridal Rogue Gallery

On the 19th May the Bridal Rogue Gallery on Chiltern Street, London, hosted a glamorous accessory event for brides-to-be.

We all got into the swing of things with a glass of Champagne, which we needed as it turned out to be an extremely busy evening!

As well as showcasing Yarwood-White Jewellery, we were delighted to have Rachel herself from Rachel Simpson Shoes with her brand new wedding shoe collection.

 
 

The lovely Alexis Daly was wowing the crowds with her amazing wedding hair styles, and managed to squeeze some very lucky and very happy brides into her busy schedule doing wedding hair and makeup. 

 

Flowers were by the amazing By Appointment Only Design, who are neighbours of Bridal Rogue Gallery on Chiltern Street.

We were also lucky to have Charlotte from Nicki Macfarlane showing her gorgeous bridemaids dresses.  Nicki Macfarlane dresses the flowergirls at the Royal Wedding back in April, so they are literally fit for royalty!

Luella’s Boudoir is holding the event in association with CosmoBride at One Marylebone, London on the 20th and 21st March.

The event is being held in support of the Eve Appeal and supporting the “Make Time for Tea” campaign, helping to raise money for ovarian cancer by donating £2 for every ticket sold.

You will get the chance to meet Luella’s wedding planner; Tiffany Jane, International Artistic Director; Clipso Hairdressing Darren Fowler and Make-up expert; Lisa Morrison of Benefit Cosmetics.

Luella’s will also be showcasing a collection of their top suppliers from its Exclusive Bridal Directory so you can plan your venue styling, honeymoon, stationary, cake, catering, flowers, favours, hair and makeup, photography, entertainment and more.

Bridal Rogue Gallery have recently undertaken an extensive refurbishment, and the accessory event is the grand unveiling of the new look boutique.

The wonderful hair and make-up artist Alexis Daly will be on hand to give you a mini hair trial and to discuss what you want to do with your hair and make-up on the big day.  Not only can you have your hair styled, enjoy a glass of champagne while West One Beauty do nail varnishing so you can leave the event feeling all glammed up!

Have you found your sole mate?

I hope you have found the most glamorous, twinkly, spikey, sky-scraper, to-die-for shoes for your wedding day, because you deserve no less.

However, I think we all reach an age where we are no longer prepared to have bleeding feet in the name of glamour (somewhere around 28 in my case, interested to know if you are there yet, but I digress...) so if you fear you may not make it through the night in your chosen beloved shoes, these ingenious little babies are what you need.

Slipper Shame

Own up, how many of you have embarrasing slippers?  Once you are married (and therefore officially a grown-up) this simply won't do.
